2. Product Description

MacShip is a SwiftUI boilerplate and infrastructure kit for macOS development. It includes source code, build scripts, and documentation. The product is delivered digitally via download link and license key.

3. Pre-order Terms

MacShip is currently available for pre-order. By pre-ordering, you agree to the following:

  • The product will be delivered on or before the announced launch date (February 22nd, 2026).
  • You will receive your download link and license key via email on launch day.
  • The pre-order price of $99 includes lifetime updates to the product.

4. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to:

  • Use the source code in unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • Modify the source code for your own use
  • Receive lifetime updates to the product

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code
  • Create derivative products for sale based primarily on MacShip
  • Share your license key with others

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@macship.dev within 14 days of receiving the product.

For pre-orders: You may request a full refund at any time before the product ships.

6. Disclaimer

MacShip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free. You are responsible for ensuring the product fits your needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacShip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of MacShip.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
